A: Depends on what you're looking for. 10k is a bit low for a decent IS300. You might want to look into an SC300. Different, but similar, in a way. The standard answer is a Corolla/Camry or Civic/Accord. Can't go wrong there... Depends on your needs and what you want out of the car.
